Ryan Glenn
Ryan began his construction career at the very early age of 9 when he helped his father remodel a home. By the time Ryan was 13 he was doing carpentry and remodeling jobs for neighbors and friends. All throughout his young years, Ryan always excelled at construction.
It was on a mission trip to Mexico that his destiny was sealed. He was asked to help lead a team to build structures for an orphanage. One of his team members was Erik Gustafsson and a bond and business relationship was born!
Today, Ryan is the acting President of AE. His knowledge of waterproofing, building science and general construction is second to none! So much so, that Ryan has been asked to serve as an expert witness in several construction defect cases and is considered by many to be the premier expert in exterior envelopes for commercial and residential applications.
When Ryan is not working on his vision for AE, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, skiing, fishing and hiking.

Vice President
Erik Gustafsson
Eric has a remarkable story. His father began a masonry restoration and waterproofing business in the late 1940’s. Eric was raised in the trade and became an expert installer and craftsman as a young man. Erik worked with his father all way through high school, and college. Eventually the reigns were handed over to Erik to run the growing and thriving company in the 1970’s.
Erik has personally worked on and managed a number of historic restoration projects on significant and historic buildings that are still today, valued as state and national treasures, such as the State Capital, the historic Three Kings Building in downtown Portland, the ski lodge at Mt. Bachelor and the lengthy list continues.
Today, Erik is the acting Vice President and is highly involved in the growth and future of the company. He is the backbone of our company and assists the company in navigating today’s business environment, while still providing the quality of service that AE has been known for, for over 60 years!
Erik enjoys spending as much time as he can with his large family. Erik is highly committed to his community, church ministries, and his love for traveling and the outdoors.

Randy Dorsing
Randy has been in the construction industry for over 17 years. He has been a Regional Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Marketing Consultant, Sales Consultant, Product Representative, and today is the Vice President of Business Development for Applied Exteriors.
Randy has consulted within the construction and remodeling industries and possesses a vast storehouse of knowledge in the areas of marketing, sales, project management, operations, construction defects, waterproofing and building science.
Randy has trained and consulted to many new construction companies and remodeling estimators in the areas of stone, brick, siding, windows, doors, roofing, flashings, waterproofing and construction defects. He has also personally helped hundreds of homeowners, home owner associations, boards and communities in determining the best plan of action for repairing and maintaining the value of their properties.
Randy has been a guest speaker on several occasions and has been featured in construction related periodicals and websites.
Randy is a graduate of Oregon State University. Go Beavers!

Stephanie Wittenberg
Stephanie has an extensive background in business, marketing and operations. She has an attractive resume of assisting in the management and growth of many successful companies.
Before joining the AE team, Stephanie earned an impressive reputation in the construction industry and is known for her attention to detail, hard work and her ability to solve problems in complex work environments.
Stephanie was raised in the Pacific Northwest and is a very committed mother of two beautiful children. She enjoys line dancing, spending time with her family and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
Before joining the AE team, Stephanie earned an impressive reputation in the construction industry and is known for her attention to detail, hard work and her ability to solve problems in complex work environments.
